Last month, Tatsu Nishi created a bedroom for the Hachiko statue at Shibuya station. Art critic Noi Sawaragi then published a review of this work. He points out the unexpected depth of A Room of Hachi, which seems cute at first glance. As we look at the work, it evokes the post-war democracy of Japan and the shadow of the USA – and surprisingly, “Snoopy”?!
